HTRA – M.Tech
Half-Time Research Assistantship for GATE-qualified M.Tech students (~₹12,400 / month).
PhD Institute Fellowship
MoE-funded fellowship: ₹37,000 / month for the first two years; ₹42,000 / month thereafter.
External Fellowships
Support for candidates holding CSIR, UGC-NET, DST INSPIRE and other external research fellowships.
How to apply
Scholarship applications are processed through the Student ERP at the beginning of each academic year. The Academic Office and the Scholarship Committee review applications and notify outcomes within four weeks.
