Two-year, research-oriented Master's degrees in CSE and ECE — combining advanced coursework with a year-long dissertation.

Programme structure
Semesters I and II are intensive coursework — 4–5 core/elective courses per semester plus a research seminar. Semester III is dedicated to a dissertation proposal and early thesis work. Semester IV is full-time dissertation, often in collaboration with an industry or research partner.
Admission
Admission is based on a valid GATE score in the relevant discipline, through the Centralized Counselling for M.Tech / M.Plan (CCMT) administered by NITs and IIITs. Sponsored candidates and direct PhD pathways are also available. See M.Tech Admissions .
Financial support
GATE-qualified candidates admitted to full-time M.Tech receive a Half-Time Research Assistantship (HTRA) per MoE norms, currently ₹12,400 per month, for up to 24 months.
