Eligibility
Master's degree (M.Tech/M.E./M.S./MSc) in a relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA, and a valid score in GATE / NET / JRF / equivalent. Exceptional B.Tech candidates may apply for the direct PhD pathway.
